We’ve just released Patch 1.7.0, bringing an overhauled Hiring Tab with new features, including Employee Leveling, a reworked Boost system, and custom employee names.
And of course, this patch also includes various fixes and improvements based on your feedback.
We’ll continue monitoring your feedback closely and working to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
The Hiring tab has been redesigned to incorporate our new employee leveling system, wage progression, and Boost system.
We’ve kept the familiar layout you already know while making the interface cleaner, easier to read, and more convenient for managing your employees.
You can now see important employee information, including their level, wage, and Boost status, all in one place.
The Boost system has been completely reworked.
Boosts are now managed directly through the Hiring tab and are permanent until you change the Boost level.
Each Boost level has a fixed daily cost. However, you only pay based on the amount of in-game time the employee actually spends boosted.
You can adjust an employee’s Boost level directly from their Boost bar in the Hiring tab, while the corresponding wage cost is displayed right there for easy management.
Your employees can now have their own names!
You can assign custom names to your employees directly from the Hiring tab, making it easier to keep track of your workforce and give your supermarket crew a little more personality.
